PREPARATION COURSES FOR THE IBT TOEFL
- Wednesdays and Thursdays 2pm -5pm
- £160 for 1 month, £300 for 2 months,
£400 for 3 months
- Free taster class (1 hour) any Monday
- Extra classes available on Saturdays.
SPRING INTENSIVE COURSE (3 WEEKS)
- Monday to Friday, 2 – 20 April
- £90 for 1 week (15 hours), £250 for 3 weeks (45 hours)
Here are some of the key changes to the new internet-based TOEFL:
- There is now a speaking section, which is marked by more than one examiner to give a fairer assessment.
- The grammar section has been dropped. Grammar is no longer tested separately.
- The writing paper includes a question which reflects university writing more closely. The test taker bases his/her written answer on a text and/or a mini-lecture.
- The listening section now features a range of accents, including British and Australian.

The internet-based TOEFL is accepted for admissions purposes by over 100 universities in the UK and Ireland, including Oxford, Cambridge, LSE, Imperial College, Manchester University, Manchester Business School, MMU, Brunel, Reading, Loughborough, University College Dublin, Trinity College Dublin, Queens University Belfast, Edinburgh University, Glasgow University, University of Wales, Cardiff.
